الوصف الوظيفي We have an opportunity for a Senior Customer Support Management Professional to join our Aerospace team in Dubai, UAE. You will be responsible for coordinating customer support for programs as part of the EMEAI Defense and Space International (D&SI;) Customer and Product Support (C&PS;) team, supporting the D&SI;business and assigned customers in the region. Establish a management operating system (MOS) with assigned customers which includes support of Delivery, Technical Support, Product Performance / Improvements, and proposal activities as well as coordination and execution of customer funded contracts in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). Senior Customer Support Management Professional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: · Customer Relationship Management · Responsible for promoting C&PS;strategies and processes that support the C&PS;vision to grow the business and provide solutions to widespread issues that improve the overall customer experience · Lead & program manage the reliability process to improve product performance · Service-Related Difficulties (SRD) - Oversee and ensure product issue resolution and fix effectiveness · Actively coordinate with the SBU, functions and customers to ensure that our platform-wide products are supported in a timely, efficient, and effective manner. المهارات · Bachelor’s degree (Field of: Law, Business, Economic or Engineering is welcome) · Experienced in Customer & Product Support · Previous working experience from Automotive/Nuclear/Aerospace environment · Advanced level of English · Ability to lead and influence across functional organizations to achieve customer and Honeywell objectives · Open to travel up to 25% تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/sr-cust-supp-mgt-professional-aero-4462565/ |
