Urgently Looking for MEP Quantity Surveyor
• Cost planning, estimating and BOQ production for MEP services.
• Primarily pre-contract / measurement experience.
• Post contract MEP variation evaluation and management.
• Performing risk and value management and cost control functions.
• Preparing tender and contract documents.
• Preparing and analyzing costings for tenders, tender negations and recommendation reports.
• Undertaking costs analysis project work.
• Writing detailed progress/ cost reports.
• Experience: 4 – 5 Years in UAE
