HR Assistant
• This role needs someone with strong employee relations & grievance management skills.
• We are looking for UAE Based candidate with solid experience In HR Employee relation, you must have a hands on experience in leading and conducting HR investigations, managing employee complaint, escalation, and misconduct, grievance employee separation.
• Degree qualified in HR or has equivalent HR certification
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and legislation
• Strong Arabic Communication skills both written and verbal is mandatory
