Online Operation Executive
Job Description:
• Experience minimum 3 to 5 years in reservation / operation
• Italian & English Speaking
• Experience in travel industry operations having exposure in Hotel Bookings, Reservations, Holiday our Packages, Pricing, Contracting, supplier reconfirmations etc.
• Should have knowledge of handling Backoffice system
• Excellent communication skills
• Client handling skills
• The person will be responsible for generating insights of travel bookings and operations right from gathering information from client, getting rates from Suppliers, make costing, make bookings for stay/ transport/ safari, handling all trip operations.
• Generate report of all the booking reconfirmations done and share the same with in their prescribed format
