الوصف الوظيفي As our in-house lawyer, you will be reviewing non-disclosure agreements, license agreement, managing different legal projects with our external lawyers globally You will have to stay on top of pending or new legislation or regulatory rules impacting our business and advise on appropriate compliance measures. Responsibilities Managing projects on a global scale. Advising the various lines of business on legal and contractual matters, including the structuring of contracts and appropriate documents to be used. Working closely with sales management to ensure appropriate prioritization of legal resource Managing disputes and litigation matters Providing legal training and updates to the lines of business and other functions Performing various other tasks as are relevant for an in-house lawyer Feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments Requirements Master Degree in Law Fluent in English, preferably Spanish as well.
