We are looking to hire HR Assistant
Job responsibilities:
• Recruitment of the talented employees for the company according to the preplanned requirements
• Clearly explain the job details, benefits, etc. to the jobseekers and guide them for their successful hiring
• Conduct orientation training for new employees (company rules and regulations, daily work norms, basic professional qualities, basic principles of doing things)
• Assist the Director HR & Administration to handle employee relations, coordinate and solve problems between management and employees
• Deal with all matters of HR & administration as assigned by the departmental leader.
Requirements:
• BBA or above (major in HUMAN Resources is preferred)
• Chinese language skill is a plus
• Familiar with computer operation and office software
• Good communication skills and good working habits
• Strong ability to work under pressure and have the courage to break through difficulties
• No nationality restriction (India, Pakistan and Nepal preferred)
• Willing to work in the UAE, previous in UAE is preferred
