We are excited to be rapidly expanding our team and are now seeking a Sr. Sales and Delivery Leader to help us establish Connor s market presence in MENA and surrounding countries, build strong client and partner relationships, and oversee the delivery of our customer projects, while growing and mentoring a local team.
With support from the Executive Leadership Team at Connor, the (Sr. Sales & Delivery Leader) will own and drive existing and new business opportunities in the region. This person will represent Connor in sales and delivery meetings, both with customer prospects, clients, and partners. Overall, this role will need to achieve annual revenue targets and project delivery KPIs.
We are looking for a transformative leader who will both support and oversee the MENA expansion, while proactively seeking new opportunities to drive new business opportunities in surrounding countries (i.e., Saudi Arabia).
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Oracle Global License Advisory Services (GLAS) and License Management Services (LMS), Account Managers and Sales Leaders (Direct and Channel)
Build and maintain value-added partnerships with resellers, distributors and technology providers in MENA to drive new revenue enhancement opportunities for Connor
Interact with cross functional teams at clients and licensees, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Support the Oracle Sales Specialist and Center of Excellence teams with resolving license compliance reviews to drive resell and service revenue for Connor, along with new revenue opportunities
Serve as an escalation point for all Oracle or vendor related deals or settlements
Actively drive sales pursuits in vendor license non-compliant situations, while identifying opportunities for new vendor deployment products and services
Deliver on annual revenue targets for MENA along with service delivery KPIs
Position Connor Software Advisory, Revenue Enhancement and/or GRC services post-audit to help transform customer relationships for vendors
Drive incremental vendor software resell and Connor service opportunities with new or existing auditees
Identify new sales and service opportunities for Connor across all applicable Lines of Business
Provide regular deal and sales forecast updates to Connor ELT members
Partner with HR and recruiting to identify, hire and train top talent within MENA to support business development, sales and project delivery activities
Mentor team members to effectively execute on regional goals, objectives and KPIs, as set by the Connor ELT members
