Job Description:
• Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional customer service.
• Creating a positive experience for new and existing clients.
• Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
• Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Training and providing overall guidance to Housekeeping Attendants.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Client Services
• Has good communication Skills
• Can work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure
