SUMMARY
The Sales Executive is a key position in our organization, which will serve as main contact point for lead generation and management, Signing sales contracts, collection, and contribution to the revenue in line with Cibes Lift MENA objectives and strategic plan.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Generate leads, Build, and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
Attend leads generated through digital media platforms and social media. (phone calls, WhatsApp, emails …etc.)
Site hunting, generating enquiries, prepare quotations and commercial/technical submittals, submit, and follow up of quotations and finalize the sales deals.
Updating the CRM system and generating reports to the management.
Site visits and meetings when required.
Bid/tender preparation.
Achieve sales targets for monthly, quarterly, and annually as set by the management.
Sales reports creation and analysis.
Responsible to carry out the duties anywhere within UAE
Coordinate with Finance team to make sure collection of all due payments
Coordinate with operations to support and provide help whenever required
المهارات
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Arabic Speaking is a Must
Previous Experience in selling similar products is a plus.
Outstanding networking, problem solving, customer service, conflict management, oral & written communication skills.
Business Communication Proficiency.
Good command of both written and spoken in English. Arabic & French are plus
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
High Computer skills. especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point).
Valuable customer orientation and good understanding of both direct and distribution business concepts.
Valid UAE driving license.
