Job Description: Program Coordinator (4 positions available)
RMC is a Bangkok-based agency specializing in providing services for international Hospitality Internships and Management Trainee Programs. Our company supports Host Organizations (luxury hotels & resorts) in Asia, the Middle East, the Indian Ocean nations, and Africa.
We are committed to providing professional services and offering safe, legal, and quality program opportunities to our affiliated universities and program participants worldwide. Our company is based in Bangkok, Thailand and our multi-cultural team is working remotely from several countries in Asia and the Middle East.
We are currently looking for four Program Coordinators from any Southeast Asian country or from the United Arab Emirates. The Program Coordinators will be mainly responsible for supporting the Program Team in prospecting, building, and maintaining partnerships or business relationships with companies and organizations within our target market.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Prospect and build new partnerships or other business relationships within the target market
• Follow up on new business opportunities and set up meetings with prospect partners or affiliates within the target market
• Maintain good relations with existing partners and affiliates within the market
• Write reports and provide the team with regular feedback
• Other related duties under the supervision of the Manager
Basic Qualifications:
• College/university graduate
• At least one year of experience in any Business, Management, Marketing, or Admin related work
• Based in any Southeast Asian county or in the UAE
• Has a strong interest in Education, Travel, and Hospitality
• Available for at least 20 hours per week
• Fluent in English (verbal and written)
