Position Title: F&B;Assistant Director
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 14K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus two-bedroom apartment and family benefits

About the Client:
A well-known 5 Star hotel located in Dubai
Job Description:
Responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with the company’s international’s corporate strategies and brand standards
Responsible to function as the Assistant Business Manager and Assistant Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department
Ensure that all the outlets and banquets operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel and are individually profitable
المهارات
Qualifications:
40 years old and below
University degree or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management
At least 2 years of work experience as an F&B;Asst. Director or Senior Restaurant Manager preferably in a larger operation
Must have good operational and administrative skills
Banqueting experience is a plus
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
