Air/Sea Freight Forwarding Operations Executive
We are recruiting an UAE experienced Air & Sea freight forwarding operations executive from the freight, logistics and transport industry to join our DWC branch.
Role Summary
• Manage import and export of air, sea shipments.
• Prepare relevant import and export customs documentation.
• Coordinate with overseas shipping agents, airlines and customers.
• Prepare management reports & Provide professional customer support.
Skills & Experience
• 5 years Dubai freight forwarding and logistics experience with strong experience in UAE Customs procedures E-Mirsal 2 system and free zone documents.
• Well versed in requesting rates & services from shipping lines/airlines and overseas agents.
• Strong working knowledge of AWB and Calogi.
• Strong numeric and commercial aptitude.
Candidate must be:
• Currently in the UAE, Fluency in English & Well-presented.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
