What you will do
The Senior DevOps Architect & Security Champion will be reporting directly to the Lead Solution Architect. You will be part of a team that is passionate about harnessing the power of the cloud, data analytics, the Internet of Things, and user design thinking to deliver on the promise of intelligent buildings and smart cities that connect communities in ways that make people’s lives – and the world – better.

How you will do it
As an experienced DevOps professional you will be leading and supporting our customer environments in Microsoft Azure cloud. You will be responsible for internalizing their context while using your business and technical skills to craft solutions as per the requirements. You will own and complete key tasks and work, and collaborate with teams to define and implement optimal, complete solutions based on partners needs.

As a DevOps Architect champ you will be participating in security initiatives, implement new security policies, including access control and vulnerability testing and also Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improve DevOps delivery. You will Design infrastructure, define their validation criteria and work collaboratively as a catalyst on a robust team which ships code and delivers value. You will be also passionate about developing system health metrics both for real time monitoring and usability recommendations.

What we look for
Required

4-6 years’ experience with applicable tools; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics /Instrumentation
A strong working understanding of networking, including load balancing and firewall methodologies.
Good knowledge of application development using Agile from DevOps perspective, and DevOps standard methodologies.
Knowledge in cloud monitoring tools, application performance monitoring tools, operational dash-boarding is desired
Sophisticated skills working with Microsoft products
Overall 2+ years of experience having validated understanding of automating and orchestrating workloads on Azure, Azure DevOps (VSTS), Infrastructure automation using ARM Template and automating Azure services.
Good hands-on experience in scripting with bash, PowerShell, Python, Azure CLI and ARM Template.
CI/ CD Management, CI/CD Automation script writing.
Proven understanding of know how to deploy and lead microservices using Service Fabric, Docker, Kubernetes Linux/Windows containerization.
Need to have knowledge of Azure PaaS services along with hand on experience with different automation tools.
Working Experience with Azure Policy, ARM templates, Logic Apps would be plus.
Good debugging and problem-solving skills Should have good scripting skills.
Working knowledge of development practices
Experience with Azure solutions such as App Services, Service Fabric, App Insights, Storage Accounts, Resource Groups, and monitoring tools
Experience with NoSQL databases, Azure Tables or Cosmos DB a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, across all levels and environments
Proficient language skills in English.
Preferred
Azure Cloud Certifications (AZ103 and AZ203 and AZ300)
Experienced with developing software in C#.NET, Node.JS and Angular
Experienced in architecting Cloud environments, including Azure or Amazon AWS, Data serialization systems
