Aman Health Care Services is looking for IT Helpdesk Resource:
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshooting of Desktop/Laptop, printers, multimedia
• Troubleshooting of Network Connection
• Install, test, and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
• Troubleshoot UPS and power-related issues
• Call Center hardware monitoring and issue rectification
Key Attributes needed:
• Flexible to work in shifts to support 24x7 operations
• Escalate issues that are adversely impacting the project schedule or deliverable completion to the project manager, IT Team, and the concerned vendors.
• IT Support for meeting and events
• Data Center service monitoring and escalation to relevant team and vendors
• Candidates having Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ IT with 2 -3 years of experience
