الوصف الوظيفي
Preparation of Financial Statements, statement of financial position and Cash flow statement

Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly and Annual Financial reports to the Senior Management.

Monitoring the whole range of Accounts Payable, and Receivable & Budget Preparation

Ensure reconciliation of all sub ledgers & general ledger is performed on regular basis

Preparing and Check Monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements; resolve any differences in a timely manner

Maintain financial accounting systems for cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivables, credit control, and petty cash.

Prepare all supporting information for the annual audit with approved external auditor.

Develop, implement, and ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedure,

Monthly preparation of reconciliation statements (inter Branch, bank, debtors and creditors)

Statement preparation for Tax filing as per UAE, FTA regulations

المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounts./Commerce

Cumulative minimum experience in Finance field of 6 years+

in Construction and Real Estate Industry experience

Previous experience with ERP Software (i.e. Oracle)

Knowledge of FTA Rules and Regulation with some experience in VAT filing
