Senior Accountant

We are urgently hiring for a Senior Accountant for a travel company based in Dubai.

This position will be responsible for whole accounting function of the company.

Responsibilities include:

review cash forecast;
Liaising with external auditors;
Budgeting and Forecasting
Tracking of area KPIs as purchase order development, revenue, accounts receivable, margin and profitability;
Ensure the balance sheets are a fair reflection of the assets and liabilities.
Improve the company’s accounting process and establish internal controls;
Cash flow reviews and working capital reporting;
Coordinate with other department as a partner in term of accounting;
reporting;
To review internal control system and provide workable solution for accounts and admin departments operation;
Review and understand all project budgets;
Managing internal controls, and proposing improvements to the organizations internal control.
Handle the Finance of the company single handedly and report to Management with MIS reports.

المهارات
Requirements: Only Indian Male candidates, with Travel industry background mandatory

Min 5 years accounting / finance working experience in Travel Agency environments preferred;
Deep Experience in closing financial reports (balance sheet, cash flow, P&L;
Travel Industry – non negotiable;
Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships;
Financial management experience;
Fast to adapt to new technologies, and possess a tech-forward mindset;
Dedication to work;
Knowledgeable using E-Travel or Traacs accounting system preferred.
Financial Statement Analysis;
Good English and computer skills;
Can work under pressure and meet required deadlines;
Organisation, planning skills and the ability to prioritise.

Good English communication skills are mandatory. Candidates available to join immediately will be preferred.

Salary would be around 5K to 8.5K AED PM.

The office would be at JLT, 6 days a week, working hours are from 9-6 from Sat to Thu.
