Red Stone Homes is looking for an experienced Real Estate Agent to act as an intermediary with our clients for the sales and renting of properties listed by Red Stone.

Responsibilities:

Ability to determine clients needs and budget in order to propose suitable options
Display and market real property to possible buyers
Regular care calls to all clients following up each viewing
Lead and/or facilitate negotiation between clients and property owners
Ensure a fair and honest dealing by informing clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, etc.
Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc)
Maintain and update listings of available properties
Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders, and contractors
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Always be up-to-date with the real estate market
Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
Expert up-to-date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding the residential property market within Dubai

المهارات
Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 2 years working experience as a real estate agent in Dubai
RERA broker card
Excellent spoken and written English
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
Always to be presentable, professional and a team player
Excellent networking skills
MS Office familiarity
Preferable to have a valid UAE driving license and own car
