Telesales Executives

We are currently expanding our Telesales team and are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Executives for our Dubai and other emirates offices
Responsibilities are as follows:
• Researching Database online on Search Engine and digital platforms
• Make telephone calls to prospects
• Set up Appointments with prospective clients
• Initiate Email campaigns
• Maintain timely Follow-up’s with prospective clients
• Maintain a professional relationship with existing clients to cross-sell and keep the clients updated
• Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
• Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
• Attend campaign briefings
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our client’s products and services and the objectives of specific campaigns
• Maintain confidentiality
• Record details of opportunities and lead notes.
