About the Role:
We are currently looking for a Supply & Inventory Planner for Al Futtaim Auto Center in Dubai who will perform operations and projects to ensure the right product at the right place at the right time and at an optimal cost. You will expedite the daily replenishment duties and task related to Supply planning. You will process the logistics and operations task in getting the shipments on time with track and trace and establish, build and maintain long-term relationship with service providers in order to improve the process.
Specifically, your key responsibilities are as follows:
The supply planner is responsible in day to day orders processing with supplier
Ensure orders are sent to supplier and confirmation on receipt of orders
Ensure orders are dispatched within the agreed lead time
Monitor and follow up on back orders
Communicate to suppliers about changes in forecast
Prepare the budget as per order schedule and business recommendation
Ensure stock availability by performing of risk of run out analysis and ordering
New model parts planning and ordering
Continuous review of Syncron parameters for improving the service level
Review of Syncron Alerts, eg: last demand flier, lead time, demand change alerts, forecast alerts
Review of Risk of Run out Report
To create the Advance shipping notifications according to supplier invoices on timely manner
Monitor cost charges within the aggreged terms and conditions
Manage the logistics payments and update finance with relevant reports for payment clearance
Arrange/Renew Letter of Credits, customs claim registration & payments
Review inventory policy and Target Service Levels and continuous monitoring of aged stock
Monitor and review the excess and obsolete stock parts

About You:
An ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications, experience, knowledge and skills:
Degree or any related Supply Chain Certificate.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Supply Chain, preferably with Automotive/Construction experience.
Extensive knowledge of Material management systems. Business development and process improvement skills.
Demonstrated experience developing management reporting packs and presenting to senior leadership;
Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/MS Projects);
Extensive knowledge of Material management systems Syncron and/or other ERP
Experience in automotive/construction/Tyre industry either directly or as consultant.
