Senior Operations Officer

الوصف الوظيفي
· Recruit, train and supervise staff

· Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way

· Improve operational systems, processes, and best practices

· Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs

· Support the Operations Manager as required

· Monitor system health and customer flow

· Maintain proper documentation of operations procedures·

المهارات
Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management

· Excellent communication skills and Leadership ability

· MS Office Proficiency

· Degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field

· Preferably with a qualification in Project management

· 3-5 years of Experience.

· Preferably 1-3 years working in Insurance Industry

· Proven work experience as Operations Lead or similar role

· Basic IT knowledge/Understanding on different integration
