National Sales Manager

Lead and coach a team of salesmen and merchandisers to cover all the UAE trade channels
Manage and coach the sales teams to ensure a high quality of deliverables
Frequent visits with sales team and merchandisers to the market
Execute sales and trade marketing strategy to achieve sales targets
Lead and follow on all negotiations with big retail chains in the UAE
Track daily, weekly and monthly the sales team KPIs
Insure on-time products delivery to customers, liaising with logistic manager
Track competition and market developments to proactively adapt the plans
Build professional long-term relationships with customers

In this position the National sales manager will spend minimum 50% of his time in the field and will report directly to the GM

المهارات
Minimum 8 years of sales experience in FMCG industry including 3 years in the UAE
Previous experience and track of records in negotiating with big retail chain in the UAE
Strong understanding of retailers listing fees, margins and rebates
Must have a recent strong contact with retailers in UAE
Strong communication and presentation skills
Expert in Microsoft office (Excel and PowerPoint.)
UAE driving license
Open to all nationalities
