Position Title: Retail Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 30K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family status and company car
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
A leading food and beverage distributor, manufacturer, and third-party logistics service provider based in UAE
Job Description:
Develop and train retail sales team members by conducting daily sales observations, weekly report card sessions and weekly sales meetings.
Have a clear understanding of each type of product and be able to ascertain if the quality is up to standards.
Have knowledge of all customer complaints and ensure that all complaints are investigated and resolved in a timely fashion.
Assist in the procurement of all necessary materials for the sales department.
Work closely with logistic and distribution department to ensure that all orders are filled properly and in a timely manner.
Have complete knowledge of all customer requirements and product specifications as well as UAE and GCC market.

Qualifications:
45 years old and below
Business qualification or MBA or graduate in sales and marketing
At least 10 years’ experience in retail sales in UAE and GCC market
Solid background experience in B2C, B2B environment and sales leadership roles
Must have a valid UAE Driver’s license
