POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital PR Specialist is responsible for supporting the Digital Marketing and Communications Department by conducting several Digital PR activities to enhance the brand awareness and promotion of American Hospital Dubai and its services. (S)he is also responsible for accurately delivering a wide range of Digital PR activities including content management, SEO writ up, Video script and different communication tasks as required.

An employee of the American Hospital Dubai is expected to promote the mission and philosophy of the hospital by acting in a caring, courteous and confidential manner towards patients, visitors, colleagues and staff by performing their duties and responsibilities according to the expected standards in order to fully meet patient care needs.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Defining the SEO keywords and injecting them in the website content
Updating American Hospital Dubai’s Blogs, news, health tips, photos and videos
Uploading videos on Youtube and writing appropriate captions as per SEO standards, and categorizing videos into playlists
Handling translation requests, doctors’ profiles, new departments content and bruochers
Handling Community management on Facebook, Instagram and google reviews
Creating social media stories
Supporting in videos and photography activities (success stories, departments and services )
Arranging radio and TV interviews
Assisting the marketing team with their day-to-day marketing tasks / projects / execution of approved campaigns and events if needed
Measuring performance and providing weekly reports
المهارات
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree in Communication or Digital marketing
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong knowledge of regional media, online media and blogging community
Experience of creating and managing content for social media to support business goals
Strong understanding of content and search marketing
Strong understanding of on and off-page SEO
Strong copywriting skills, especially for online audiences and videos scripts
Good reporting and analytical skills
Energy, enthusiasm and passion for all things digital/ PR.
Speaking Arabic is a plus
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in PR/Digital preferably within a healthcare
Good working knowledge of Dubai / GCC marketing and market preferred
