الوصف الوظيفي - Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items - Advises customers by providing information on products - Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services) - Processes payments by purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards - Ensure the availability of stock for sales by coordinating with store keeper - Inform customers about discounts and special offers - Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager - Stay up-to-date with new products/services - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking & social media. - Maintains relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance researching and recommending new opportunities recommending profit and service improvements. - Identifies product improvement or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors. - Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards. المهارات - Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic - Understanding of the retail sales process - Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures - Should be capable of building trusting relationships - Smart and presentable - Knowledge on Agricultural Equipments/Products or Motor Machines will be an added advantage تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/sales-executive-arabic-speaker-4435439/ |
