Requirements: Negotiation, coordination with agents and shipping lines team management
• Arranging Shipments from origin.
• Communicating with Overseas agents.
• Verifying documents.
• Preparing Custom Clearance.
• Preparing municipality /Govt documentations.
• Manage White Glove project.
• Communication and coordination with the different authorities and shipping lines for follow up on arrival and procedures.
• Billing Freight files
