Duties & Essential Job Functions
Developing sales strategies, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.
Developing sales action plans to introduce products in new markets.
Building and leading the sales team ,setting KPIs,targets,and relationship management.
Achieving sales targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth by developing relationships with business partners.
Identifying business opportunities in target markets.
Leading the entire strategic sales process including prospecting, need analysis, presentations, proposals and contract negotiations.
Increasing market share in existing markets and maximizing new business development opportunities.
Building developing and maintaining professional relationships with the company’s strategic allies/partners.
Planning and modifying product to meet customer needs and ensure customer satisfaction
Attending company training seminars to become familiar with product lines.
Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to
promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support.
Developing, presenting, or responding to proposals for specific customer requirements
Keeping abreast on trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product-line developments.
Preparing and delivering technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.
Recommending improved materials to customers, documenting how such changes will lower costs or increase production.
Researching and identify potential customers for products or services.
Securing and renewing orders and arrange delivery when necessary
Visiting prospective clients to show samples or catalogs, and to inform them
about product pricing, availability, and advantages.
Attending trade shows and seminars to promote products or to learn about business Sales & developments.
Maintaining sales forecasting reports and submit the weekly/monthly reports to the management without fail.
Defending and promoting company business image in the market
Maintaining confidential documents including pricing, LPO’s Contracts, Official Documents and Trade secrets of the company.
المهارات
Experience in Medical Sales Field, especially in Dialysis Equipment’s & consumables and other Renal products. Moreover, he should have experience in selling and promoting medical disposables, dressing kit , under pads, oxygen mask, nebulizer, RO Water, physiotherapy equipment’s, urine bags, syringes, infusion pumps & diapers
Arabic proficiency is an advantage
U.A.E Experience is a must
