الوصف الوظيفي The Sales Supervisor-Lab Division, will be responsible to achieve the sales targets as per the budget set by the company for the financial year and provide sales support by product presentations to ensure the optimal usage of all Lab products through strategic sales technique to existing and new customers. He shall play a fundamental role in developing future growth and provide sales vision, direction and leadership to his designated team. He shall also be responsible for creating and delivering sales strategies for the company in all product range in the UAE in both Government and Private sectors. DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS1) Generation of Sales2) Meeting Budgets set by Department Head3) Forecasting4) Develop sales strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets.5) Deliver sales by developing relationships with business partners.6) Understand and develop long term business vision7) Recommend improved materials to customers, documenting how such changes will lower costs or increase production.8) Research and identify potential customers for products or services.9) Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery when necessary10) Visit prospective Clients to show samples or catalogs, and to inform them about product pricing, availability, and advantages.11) Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement12) Build, develop and maintain professional relationships with the company’s strategic allies/partners.13) Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers and suppliers.14) Maintain sales forecasting reports and submit the weekly/monthly reports to the Department Head without fail.15) Supervise and influence a successful and experienced team of sales people.16) Train team members when necessary.17) Careful delegation of tasks whilst maintaining responsibility for final result18) Achieve targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth with the help of Sales staff.19) Participate in product teams with regard to implementation of regulatory 20) Requirements21) Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to22) Promote the sale of company products, and to provide sales support. Create sales for products.23) Develop sales plans to introduce products in new markets24) Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer Requirements25) Identify resale opportunities, and support them to achieve sales plans.26) Keep informed on Updates and trends, products, services, competitors, relevant information about, existing, and emerging technologies, and the latest product- line developments.27) Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers.28) Recommend improved materials to customers, documenting how such changes will lower costs or increase production.29) Research and identify potential customers for products or services.30) Secure and renew orders and arrange delivery when necessary31) Attend company training seminars to become familiar with product lines.32) Attend trade shows and seminars to promote products or to learn about business Sales & developments.33) Visit prospective Clients to show samples or catalogs, and to inform them about product pricing, availability, and advantages.34) Defend company business interest in international standardization groups35) Implement QA systems and generate SOPs 36) Maintaining confidential Documents including pricing, LPO’s Contracts, Official Documents and Trade secrets of the company. 37) Careful planning to achieve accurate and timely results38) Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues39) Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets.40) Take responsibility for profit and loss.41) Increase market share in existing markets and maximize new business development opportunities.42) Plan and modify product to meet customer needs and Ensure Customer Satisfaction43) Orientation on Products in customers site44) Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers and suppliers and timely results45) Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues46) Follow Manager’s guidelines and adhere to HMS’s or Higher Managements instructions47) Work and Operate in accordance to HMS company Policies and As per UAE labor law المهارات Industry Type: Medical / Laboratory /Healthcare / Diagnostics / Medical Devices Functional Area: Sales- Laboratory Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in UAE in a Supervisory or in a Senior Sales level and total 5-7 years of total experience in the medical diagnostics field (coagulation, chemistry, Blood Gas Analyzers, serology, Infectious Disease, Point of care etc.) Candidate must gave UAE D/L and own vehicle Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers. تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/uae/jobs/sales-supervisor-laboratory-division-3811101/ |
