Job Description:

Ensure that kitchen staff are properly trained and well communicated concerning all company S.O.P.
Supervise all dishes tastes, smells, and observe food to ensure conformance with recipes
Checks the food stock for freshness and quality on a regular basis
Make the schedule for the routinely equipment maintenance, waste removal and cleaning services
Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen

Salary:  up to 6.5K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Qualifications:

Male, 38 years old and below
High school diploma or any relevant certifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role
Experienced in Arabic cuisine is a must
Open to immediate joiners only
