Operations Manager Vacancy
Job responsibilities shall include but not limited to:
Support agent resource development, negotiation and negotiation as required, agent daily operation management and abnormal communication, and agent exit management; agent monitoring and optimization according to requirements, completing agent periodic review communication and problem improvement.
• Agency timeliness and quality control, including data analysis, KPI monitoring, and application of results; agency operation cost analysis and control, agency contract and bill management.
• Responsible for agent operation management mechanism, process design, daily management and operation and maintenance of related systems and tools.
• Daily supervision, management and improvement of self-operated operation modules such as timeliness, cost, network planning, quality, efficiency, etc
• The construction of the operating team’s talent system and personnel training; 7. Perform other project follow-up and work tasks assigned by the department at any time.
Job requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above
• should hold 7+ years or more of operating experience in each module, team management experience is preferred
• Knowledge of operation management, quality management and project management
• Proficiency in computer operation, able to communicate in English in daily work
• Passionate, willing to accept challenges, and can adapt to long-term business trips (this year, domestic telecommuting is possible)
• Mandarin speaking candidates are preferred
