Retail Sales Executive

We are hiring a Retail Sales Executive Automobile (Bilinguals only)
Job Responsibilities:
• To sell and promote the sale of all new vehicles in line with all aspects of dealership and manufacturer trading policies.
• To create and maintain a positive customer-friendly sales environment whilst taking responsibility for maintaining product standards & and presentation of the showroom.
• To always be prepared to receive and process new customer inquiries (via telephone, walk-in, and email) and record on the system.
• To guide and inform the customer whilst being able to give a competent and enthusiastic presentation of all of the vehicles within the product range.
• To achieve vehicle sales targets along with secondary accessory and financial services targets.
• To achieve a high level of customer satisfaction as reported in the monthly customer satisfaction analysis.
• To keep customer-centricity on top priority and apply actions to improve
• Customer Satisfaction and retention. This includes embracing Customer Satisfaction Action Plans.
• Proactively selling Service Plans and following up finance renewal leads.
• To adhere to agreed staff development plans and undertakes manufacturer training.
• Record all sales inquiries along with all sales activity in the appropriate sales control/dealer marketing system.
• Offer/carry out a vehicle demonstration drive with all new customer inquiries.
• To maintain a high level of product knowledge along with a detailed
• Understanding of all current dealer and manufacturer marketing programs.
Qualifications & Skills
• 4+ years’ experience in direct sales and knowledge of cars
• Educated to degree level or equivalent
• Knowledge of the industry along with a pulse on what is forthcoming.
• The ability to explain technical information.
• Customer service skills and aggressive in selling; and possess a positive attitude.
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.).
• Customer focus. Efficiently answering customers’ queries and solving concerns.
• Ability to generate leads and build the business in a wide-open market.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• UAE Driving license
