Prepares and cooks food and prepare ingredients as per requisitions, recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist
Completes all required checklists for each shift and makes daily production lists for his/her section in absence of the Chef de Partie
Operates kitchen equipment and tools, ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
Participates in food preparations for catering, special events or lunch/ dinner services as required.
Minimizes spoilage, waste, proper storage and exercising strict portion control as per operating procedure

Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Culinary related education or related experience are welcome
Should have at least 1 year of UAE experience in the same role
Must be willing to work in Abu Dhabi
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
