Hiring a Community Manager/ Experience Manager with the below requirements.
Summary:
The ideal candidate will be responsible to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of his properties. They liaise with tenants and owners, coordinate and manage maintenance, cleaning, security activities, and other service providers. Ensure the facilities meet regulatory standards, KAIZEN standards, and to create memorable experiences for our owners.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating and overseeing regular building maintenance and repairs.
• Managing and directing cleaning and security staff and activities.
• Preparing and carrying out emergency protocols and procedures.
• Maintaining a safe environment for building occupants and visitors. Preparing and monitoring maintenance budgets.
• Negotiating and liaising with third-party service providers.
• Conducting regular building inspections and preparing reports.
• Ensuring facilities are in compliance with applicable policies, regulations, and building codes.
• Responding to inquiries and requests by building tenants and resolving any problems or issues.
• Create memorable experiences for our residence.
• Initiate reduction of energy bills and ensure sustainability.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years in the field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• M100 is a plus.
• Experienced in the law and regulation of Rera.
