Planning Engineer

We are looking for a Planning Engineer as follows:
• Graduate Civil Engineer from a reputed University.
• 5-6 years working experience preferably in Fit Out projects in the Gulf region. UAE experience is preferred.
• Quantity take-off. Well-versed in P6. Building up Baseline Programme with sufficient details but not limited to gangs, quantities, outputs, resources, Costs, revenue.
• Weekly tracking, monitoring of the progress, and raise the flag when required. Weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Target Programme and monitoring. Correct progress recording and update Baseline to As-built Programme. Management Reports.
• Timely issue delay notices and notice of Variations.
• Preparation of Extension of Time for Completion Claim, complete, including narrative following Time Impact Analysis and Time Slice Windows Analysis method including Time Impact Graph.
• Assisting Commercial team to prepare Prolongation Costs. Presenting Tender and Progress update to Senior Management of parties/stakeholders, internal or external.
• Good behavior, positive attitude, and better communication skills. Can work in a team and respectful to assigned tasks deadline.
• Can work independently with minimal support from Supervisor and/or Contracts and Commercial Manager-MENA.
