Position Title: E-commerce Product Owner
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

One of the leading Retail Group in the UAE, based in Dubai, operating across GCC as a one stop shop for high quality global brands at a competitive price for electronics.
Job Description:
Provide leadership and mentoring to the business analyst and UX design resources, agile design best practice.
Ensure business design team is effectively resourced, that positive team culture is established, and strive to build a collaborative, high-performing team while being responsible for performance management.
Own the product backlog within JIRA and manage the prioritization process to ensure that the backlog is transparent, visible, and understood.
Responsible for breaking Epics into features and ‘just in time’ stories for delivery within JIRA and Confluence. Owns the Definition of Done and Definition of Ready.
Coordinate buy-in from stakeholders on all major decisions and strategies.

Qualifications:
Open to Indian nationals
Male, 35 years old and below
Minimum 2 years of related experience
Strong background as a Product Owner/Manager within e-commerce; preferably with delivery/mobility aggregators or food aggregators
Exposed to Micro Services; has ability to challenge IT architecture and implementation approaches
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
