Sales & Support Coordinator

We are hiring for the position of Sales & Support Coordinator to join our team immediately.
The candidate should be experienced in the area of IT Infrastructure preferred from an IT System Integrator background.
Job Description Sales& Support Coordination.
• Sales Coordination
• Initiating Sales with Potential Customers over call and generate leads around the product portfolio and solutions.
• Handling Interactive conversation with clients for sales cycle engagements.
• Listening to customer needs to generate the leads across the portfolio and suggest the right products and solutions within the portfolio.
• Answering customer’s questions on products and services
• Schedule and Engage with Sales Manager/ Engineer and Client Meeting
• Attend the Meeting if necessary with Client along with Sales Team.
• Updating the Customer Database on CRM
• Follow-up with Clients on the proposals for the Orders
• Attending Events if any along with Vendor.
• Deal Registration with Vendors if needed
• Pricing Coordination with Vendors
• Order Tracking and Order and Delivery Cycle Coordination
• Support Coordination
• Logging the Support Calls and Assign the ticket with Engineer
• Tracking the Support Ticket Status and Updating the same on support desk application
• Tracking the Records and reminding customer on AMC renewals and warranty support endings and renewals of AMC.
• Enable Cross Selling & Selling of Products and Solutions with Existing Customers
