Raxio Data Centres is looking for an Accountant for our HQ in Dubai, UAE.
Job description (Group Level):
• post monthly entries into the ERP
• cash reconciliations
• post monthly payroll
• maintain financial records
• coordinate with the accountants in the operating entities to reconcile intercompany accounts
• update the monthly results in the rolling forecasts
• assist the VP finance with data entry on the rolling forecasts and business plan
• verify and process payments
• manage intercompany transactions
• assist the VP Finance in timely preparation of month-end financials
Minimum Requirements:
• 2+ years experience as accountant
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Experience working with a reputable ERP (Sage, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365)
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Willing to learn and adapt to a growing environment
• Experience and/or understanding of the African continent would be a plus
