Position Title: Head Chef – Central Kitchen
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
About the Client:
High-end casual dining restaurant
Job Description:
Understanding, preparation and execution of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures that meets company standards of catering production
Responsible for inventory, stocking and preparing LPO (Local Purchase order)
Preparing professional standard recipe
Producing high quality plates both design and taste wise
Responsible for health, safety and food hygiene practices
المهارات
Qualifications:
Male, 50 years and below
Bachelor’s degree in culinary or any related course/ certifcate
At least 5 years’ experience in catering/cloud or centerl kitchen in the UAE
Well-versed in culinary arts with expertise in international cuisine on catering level
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
