Understands, prepares, and executes various baking methods for pastries, cakes, and breads
Responsible for ingredients, equipment and procedures that meets company standards of catering, central or cloud kitchen production for pastry section
Responsible for inventory, stocking and preparing LPO (Local Purchase order)
Prepares professional standard recipe
Produces high quality dish both design and taste wise
Responsible for health, safety, and food hygiene practices

Qualifications:
Male, 50 years old and below
Diploma or any related certifications in culinary or hospitality management
Minimum 5 years’ experience preferably from catering, cloud kitchen or central kitchen pastry section
Good experience in culinary arts with expertise in baking
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
