Minimum Requirements
• 12 years experience in Community Liasoning and public relation
• Must have bachelor’s in law, Mass Communication, Public Relations
• Arabic and English
• Community Insight: Identifying Stakeholders
• Community Stakeholder Mapping: Project decision-making
• Information Sharing: Ensuring sufficient Info access.
• Community Engagement: community stakeholders, local leaders, civil society organizations,
• landholders and land/resource users, households, and vulnerable groups
• Community Consultation: recording community views and concerns
• Community Grievance and Dispute Management: sensitively always and bringing calm to tense situations
• Crisis Management
• Monitoring: Monitoring of community feedback like questionnaire surveys, structured interviews, and one-to-one, or small group meetings
• Community issues management in conflict situations:
• Preparing & supporting alternative community engagement approaches
• Worker Welfare: Assistance in resolving local labor issues,
• Working with the HSSE
• Social Investment: providing information to the community on
• The goals and objectives of the program; Eliciting feedback from community members
