Position Title:  Restaurant Supervisor

Salary:  up to 6K AED all-inclusive depending on the experience and qualifications

Job Description:

 Assist and support Restaurant Manager in managing and organizing daily restaurant operations, setting customer service standards, maintaining the highest level of quality, service, cleanliness and 100% customer satisfaction

 Act and support FOH & BOH management and training and organizing shift schedules

 Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary

 Handle customer complaints and ensure issues or problems are resolved

Qualifications:

 45 y/o and below

 At least 1 year of UAE experience in the same or related role in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-paced environment

 Immediate joiners will be prioritized
