Urgent Requirement of Cost Estimation and Proposal Engineer /Pre-Qualification Engineer (Female Preferred)

Pre-Qualification Engineer
The ideal candidate must be possess engineering degree in Chemical / Process / Instrumentation / Mechanical, having 3-5 years’ experience in Pre-qualification/ Vendor Registration/ Pre-Sales activities specializing in various O&G;Packages.
Target industry: EPC, Consultants, Sub Contractors
The Roles & Responsibilities will be detailed as below:
• The candidate will have functional responsibilities as Pre-qualification Head, Co-coordinating all Vendor Registration Activities and Costing & Estimation
• Ensure pre-qualification of the Packages and vendor registration with all existing and new clients based on Projects/ Customer data.
• Day today Interaction with End Users and EPCs and coordinating with the PQ Team in India to cover various requirements for the Registrations
• Heading & Instructing Pre-qualification Team in India on various requirements, strategies, data etc. for the Pre-qualification.
• Identify and analyze potential business with target accounts for Each Package as well as applicability of each packages with respect to projects
• Preparation and review of Costing & Estimation, BOQ, Quote Comparison, for various teams on pro-rata basis.
• Explore new business opportunities by Identifying prospective clients & projects, mapping their requirements, providing suitable solutions/proposals
Desired Qualification and Experience:
• Engineering from leading Institute.( Chemical / Process / Instrumentation / Mechanical)
• Should have knowledge about O&G;EPC Packages, Fabrication Packages, Chemical Injection Skids, Chemicals, etc. and should work with sourcing Departments of Oil & Gas Market.
• Candidates should have subsidiary experience in Costing & Estimation
Desired Skill Sets:
Basic knowledge of EPC packages; Presentation, Interpersonal, team building skills with knowledge of target markets, competitors, and customer base. Middle East Experience is preferred.
