The Technical Business Analyst’s main responsibility is to align technology systems with our strategic business goals. In this role you will analyze innovative software solutions and contribute to their development by understanding the business requirements and help the architecture team translate them into technical activities, ensuring their proper flow and implementation. You will also work with our external stakeholders to manage Beta programs, acceptance testing, feedback from clients, and industry impressions.
The Technical BA uses a combination of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our Platform and digital solutions.
Role and Responsibilities
Coordinating and communicating with key stakeholders to understand business requirements, and conduct functional analysis of the needs
Liaising with the Technology team and the business leads to translate business developments into technical initiatives
Write and maintain technical and functional specifications, and handle the creation and maintenance of the documentation of the backlog and other business requirement documents
Creating decision tables, requirements documents, flow diagrams to communicate insights on the product lifecycle
Support in building and implementing needed software applications and solution
Performing competitive analysis on new software programs, applications, and API’s in the industry across the globe
Determining system efficiency and functionality by liaising with internal departments and end-users
Reporting to Management and obtaining approval for system development projects
Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing, document and track test cases for improvements
Training user during the implementation and integration of new features/solutions/applications and follow-up after going live
Present our solutions at conferences, and during sales cycles to our potential clients
Collect user feedback and report any issues for improvements
Monitoring product licenses and ensuring compliance with relative regulations
Stay up to speed on all technology latest news, and leverage it to drive the product roadmap

Qualifications and Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance or related field – MS preferred
A degree or experience in the fields of Business Management, Finance or related field is a plus
Must have worked in an Agile/Scrum environment – certification a plus
Preferred Skills, Experience and Competencies
10+ years of experience in a technical business analysis role focused on software applications
Extensive experience in software application development business
Understanding of the banking operations and systems is preferred
Hands-on experience in Agile Methodology
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills dealing with technology team members as well as business leaders
Good self-management and organizational skills; able to work with minimal guidance
Ability to train small teams
Fluency in English is a must
Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced team environment
