For GCC - Someone with at least 4 Years of Accounting experience in UAE, experience of managing 2-4 accounting/finance staff, C.A (Inter) or Accounting professional qualifications will be best fitting, Tally and Excel knowledge is must, better source applicant from retail/telecom/consumer electronics industry as they can manage the work pace well.
