Previous experience in a relevant role within the FM industry preferred
1. Multi-Skilled MEP Technician must have ITI in Electrical or Diploma in Electrical
2. Electrical Technician must have ITI in Electrical or Diploma in Electrical
3. HVAC Technician must have ITI in AC or Diploma in MRAC certificate
4. Plumber must have previous experience working as Plumber in FM company
5. Cleaning Supervisor Must have previous experience working in FM company BICS certified is preferred Must have UAE driving license
6. Facilities Engineer must have an Engineering degree in electrical or mechanical must have UAE driving license
