A Property Inspection Company requires the service of a qualified applicant to fill the position of MECHANICAL ENGINEER (Property/Building Inspector)

Job Summary:

Inspection of buildings, Offices, Apartments and Villas. The inspections can be a complete review of the properties’ systems, level of maintenance and the overall condition of the property. Our inspections can cover one or all of the following: complete MEP systems, Fire & Life Systems, and Civil Works. We also provide investigative inspections into the failure of the building systems.

Skill Requirements:

2-3 years site experience on the specific field of study
Knowledgeable in all UAE Codes and Standards, especially on the specific field of study
Read and interpret blueprints, data, manuals, or other materials to determine specifications, inspection and testing procedures, adjustment methods, certification processes, formulas, or measuring instruments required.
Knowledge in using basic inspection tools like moisture meter and multimeter
Must possess detail orientation along with highly developed planning and organizational skills.
Prepare inspection reports describing results, recommend necessary corrective actions, and/or needed repairs
Must have the ability to communicate in English clearly.
Able to manage multiple responsibilities in a very busy environment.
Ability to pass the entry exam and do continuous training as needed to become a more efficient inspector.
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office, Autocad)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical
MUST hold or able to get UAE manual driver’s license preferably before start of employment.
Society of Engineers compliance a MUST
Willing to relocate to Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
