Hardware Technician
Area of Responsibilities:
• Capable of installation, repairs and maintenance on equipment within an assigned site to assure continuity of customer operations and top levels of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work on low-complexity products and services, such as financial/ATM/CDM products can be required. Capable of minor repairs and part replacement of office equipment’s such as PCs, workstations and peripherals, scanners, front-end POS systems and First Line Maintenance on ATMs and Kiosks Machines.
• Assist in site planning, including cable placement, equipment staging, and minor equipment testing; In addition, appropriate modular swaps and unit replacements can be performed.
• Responsible on maintaining call reports signed and stamped by the client after completion of attended call.
Basic Requirements:
• UAE Valid License
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
• Experience: 3yrs +
• Language: English, Hindi, Arabic would be an advantage
• Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills
