Minimum 4+years in UAE with Marketing & Advertising
JOB Description:
• Tender preparation for clients based on the requirements
• Measurement for & preparation of Bills of Quantities for various project elements including Architectural, Civil, Steel and MEP.
• Preparation of the Conditions of Contract for tenders.
• Pre-qualification of Contractors.
• Tender evaluation and preparing the short listed subcontractors.
• Attending negotiation meetings during tenders.
• Pre-contract negotiation with short listed subcontractors.
• Preparation of contract documents and formalizing it with the Client & Contractors.
• Finalizing contract documents with the clients and Various Contractors,
• Administering the Main Contract with the Employer and Contractor.
• Administrating Contract’s Variations /claims /conflicts...etc.
