BARQ Systems is hiring a Group Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with the below qualifications:
• 3- 5 years of experience in Recruitment
• Fluent in Arabic & English
Job Responsibilities:
• Establish & adhere to Talent Acquisition policies (internal, external, relatives, rehiring, employee referral, pre onboarding, etc..)
• Partner with the business to develop an annual headcount operating plan and track the hiring budget.
• Establish a strong database for future talent needs and proactively recruit and source; develop talent pool. ( through social media, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs)
• Manage & execute all recruitment processes and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, reference checks assessment centers, pre onboarding, and communicate job offers.
• Develop summer internship & fresh graduate programs to enable future pipeline
• Participate in employment events
• Develop applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to track applicants through the selection phase through to onboarding.
• Develop relationships with third-party recruitment agencies & universities protocols.
• Conduct competitive Analysis for selection (bench mark to the market).
• Train internal employees on all related talent acquisition programs/policies.
