Restaurant Manager Required In Dubai
• You are in charge of a restaurant with full delegation of power.
• You are in charge of your organization and your mission will be to develop the turnover while guaranteeing the profitability of the restaurant.
• As part of your mission you will be required to (not exhaustive):
• Realize the schedules
• Manage stocks, orders and supplier relations
• Recruiter
• Master all positions in the restaurant
• Guarantee customer satisfaction and the quality of the restaurant’s image.
• You will report to the Supervisor who will support your missions.
