eMagine Solutions UAE have been exclusively retained by the regions latest startup success. The company has been operating for over 2 years and in that time have already amassed 5000+ customers with their B2B E-Commerce offering which includes a FinTech solution. As such they currently have a valuation in excess of 30 million dollars and are pre-series A. Due to growth and expansion they are hiring a Back End Tech Lead with a .NET C# background. You will be managing a regional team of Front End and Back End Developers with a view to growing the team and acquiring vested equity based upon Technical Milestones.

You’ll remain hands-on with architecture and design for both software applications and scalable architecture, advocate best practice and collaborate with senior stakeholders to report progress.

You’ll be a people manager, providing performance management and career development opportunities as well as managing recruitment for your team.
